Guruu is a user-generated content (UGC) platform. Profiles, descriptions, media, and session materials are provided by users—not by Guruu.
We do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit UGC for copyright or trademark compliance and we are not responsible or liable for UGC posted on the platform.
We may, in our discretion, act on properly-submitted IP notices as described below.

We review properly completed notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable the reported content.
We may notify the user who posted the content and share relevant details of the complaint.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant informs us of legal action within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to reject incomplete or bad-faith notices and to take any action we deem appropriate.
Submitting a false or misleading notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
Email a Copyright Infringement Notice to help@guruu.co containing all of the following:
Identify the copyrighted work you own and what is protected.
Proof of ownership (e.g., registration/certificate or other documentation).
Describe the alleged infringement and how it violates your rights.
Link(s) to the infringing material, such as a profile or page URL.
Your full contact details (name, address, email, phone).
Good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We’ll review the notice and, if valid, may remove or disable access to the content.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email a Counter-Notice to help@guruu.co with:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its original location (URL) before removal.
Your full contact details (name, address, email, phone).
Statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Consent to legal jurisdiction appropriate to your address (and to accept service of process).
If the original complainant does not inform us that they have filed court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.
Email a Trademark Infringement Notice to help@guruu.co containing:
Identification of the trademark (word/mark/logo) and the goods/services it covers.
Proof of ownership (e.g., registration certificate or court ruling confirming unregistered rights).
Description of the alleged infringement (how the content is confusingly similar or misuses the mark).
Link(s) to the infringing material (URL).
Your full contact details (name, address, email, phone).
Good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised.
Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.
If we find the claim valid, we may remove or disable access to the content. If the user provides evidence of rightful use (e.g., licence, nominative fair use), we may notify you and reinstate the content in our discretion.
Users who repeatedly violate copyright or trademark laws may have their accounts suspended or permanently disabled.
Guruu does not undertake a duty to monitor UGC and may not detect every alleged infringement.
We reserve the right to remove any content, restrict features, or terminate accounts at any time for any reason allowed by law.
Our handling of notices does not waive any rights or defences available to Guruu or its users.
To process an IP claim, we may share your notice (including contact details) with the user who posted the content and with relevant authorities if legally required.
